I just heard about the events in Diagon Alley and it was really brilliant. Awful, awful for all of the injured people, but to think that it wasn't just muggleborns! That there are people who still care!
I know there are other people that care, but sometimes it just doesn't feel like it. I wish we could, but I can't risk it, not for Justin's sake.

What busy year it's been and we're not even two weeks in!

Last weekend before Christmas! I can't wait! We're having our party on Christmas Eve, and mum's been buzzing around the house like mad, but I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing with my hair for tomorrow! The Gala's bound to be lovely, and I'm rather looking forward to it.
J, I've got to be at the salon at four, have you had a chance to pop home for your tux? I think mother said we're leaving at seven.

Hello, can anyone see this?
I tried looking at other people journals, and saw Hannah and Enie (Hi Han, Hi Ernie!)
but I haven't written anything yet, so I wanted to try this out now! I'm not sure if it works properly as I can't really hex anything, but it doesn't hurt to try, does it? At least I hope not.
What else? Oh! I decided to take a bit of a break from shopping this afternoon, which was really lovely and relaxing! I got the cutest pair of heels for one of the parties next weekend, they're delicate, gold bands with these little crystal studs and they are just divine!

The party was brilliant!
Justin and I had a lovely time out. Everyone looked so very pretty too.
I do hope the Ministry will throw more parties more often. If not, we may just have to throw our own. Easter's soon enough! Then again, we're not exactly going to be here at Easter, mum and dad said we should use the villa for the extended holiday. I'm rather looking forward to it. It's been ages since I've had a real tan.

Last week was brilliant! Really busy, but brilliant. Justin's birthday week was quite exciting, and then our anniversary so I haven't had much time to write in here. Things have settled down a little, though I'm not sure whether I like it or not! Still, at least it's nearly spring and I, for one, cannot wait!
Also, the Ministry tests are stupid.

I’m actually starting to think this whole birthday week isn’t a bad idea at all. Spent Justin’s birthday in Amsterdam, which is why I haven’t really been around, but it was brilliant. Or rather the parts of it that I can remember are brilliant. We’re going to play paintball this afternoon, though I hope to make it onto J’s team, as we all know just how competitive he gets!
I can’t remember what we’re doing the rest of the week but Tomorrow should be brilliant too. I also want to thank all of you who came to Justin’s party on Saturday. I do think we need those sort of things more often, helps relax I think.
Oh! But I am glad the journals are fixed. Mostly glad, it was rather fun reading other people's entries. anyway. Though based on that, I think there need to be loads more parties. Everyone seems to be so depressed.
